Hummus the way it's meant to taste.

Organic chickpeas soaked overnight and cooked fresh. Tahini we grind ourselves every week. Fresh-squeezed organic lemon juice. No preservatives, no seed oils, nothing from a can. Six flavors from the kitchens of Lebanon, Iran, Yemen, Ethiopia, India and Mexico, all packed in glass jars you can bring back to us. Every one is creamy, bright and lemony, and they run from mild to properly hot: start with Classic and work your way up to Hot Curry. Eat it with our pita chips, spread it in a wrap, or spoon it under grilled meat and roasted vegetables.

Black Bean

Mild

Inspired by southern Mexico: black beans, roasted eggplant and sweet red pepper. Made with black beans instead of chickpeas, it's dense and savory, a little smoky from the eggplant and a little sweet from the pepper, with Aleppo chile on top. Try it in tacos, on a tostada or with tortilla chips.

Garnish: Aleppo chile

Ingredients: Black beans*, sesame seeds*, water, lemon juice*, extra-virgin olive oil*, eggplant, red bell pepper, garlic*, salt, spices (* organic)

Hot Curry

Hot

Our very first flavor, from 2017: 14 spices, 95,000-Scoville cayenne and sundried tomato. It opens warm and aromatic like a good curry, then the cayenne takes over, while the sundried tomato keeps it rich and a little sweet. Dill and sumac on top add a bright, tangy edge. Our hottest hummus.

Garnish: Dill and sumac

Ingredients: Chickpeas*, sesame seeds*, water, lemon juice*, extra-virgin olive oil*, sundried tomatoes, garlic*, spices, salt (* organic)

Allergens: Contains sesame.

Storage: Fresh. Keep refrigerated.
