Garlic Toum
The Lebanese original: raw garlic whipped with olive oil, lemon and salt. Light and fluffy like mayo, but with no eggs, just a big, bright garlic punch. Made for shawarma, grilled meats and sandwiches, and just as good with fries.

Olive oil. No seed oils. No stabilizers.
Olive oil is hard to whip into toum, so almost every brand on the shelf uses canola oil instead, and many add citric acid or xanthan gum to hold it together. We don't. Our toum is made with olive oil, and the garlic does the holding.
Most store-bought toum
- Canola or another seed oil
- Often citric acid or xanthan gum to keep it stable
Obour toum
- Olive oil only. Never seed oils
- No stabilizers, gums or preservatives
- Organic garlic and organic lemon juice
- Whipped in our San Francisco kitchen
